Start Here Secures Funding from Lowe’s for Partner

The Holly Grove Community Development Corp. and the William Winter Institute for Racial Reconciliation, Start Here partners, recently learned that a request for funding to help restore the Rosenwald School in Drew, Miss., was enthusiastically approved by Lowe’s and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The National Trust added Rosenwald Schools to its list of the 11 Most Endangered Historic Places in 2002.
